Thank you to the audience who has continued to support the work, you can make a donation on Buy Me a Coffee, Venmo, or into my GoFundMe.
This will be the first submission of more to come, after my departure from L.A. TACO I promised I would continue to focus on ICE sightings and that will be a priority. As we have seen with this new ICE surge, there has been a heavy focus on San Diego County, Inland Empire Counties, and Central Coast counties. Here in Los Angeles, there has been an increase in ICE activity in the San Fernando Valley. ICE detainments continue across the county at ICE check-ins, immigration appointments, at ISAP check-ins, and at city jails.
This tracker would never be possible without the efforts of the community watch teams who dedicate their time and energy to patrolling their neighborhoods and confirm sightings. While I try my best to confirm sightings locally, this is a combined effort with some of the bravest and hardest working people I’ve ever met in my life. I ask that you support the work of all individuals who are on the ground.
Together we have seen thousands of our immigrant friends and neighbors forcefully removed from our communities for over 500 days. This deportation campaign is not ending anytime soon, but neither is the work of those resisting or documenting this moment in history.
My dedication is to the community who needs this information, and I hope you continue to support my work while supporting those who have been impacted.

San Diego: On 7960 Landon Avenue. According to prominent “ICE chaser” Arturo Gonzales, an individual was taken and his vehicle was left behind.
San Diego: On 4915 Almond Way, around 10:45 a.m. ICE agents were seen stopping a car with construction workers, telling the driver, “this is going to be a targeted operation at a future date,” after the driver refused to leave the car. No one was taken. It is currently unknown if any of the individuals in the vehicle were already a part of a targeted operation, or if this was a random traffic stop. I have reached out to ICE for comment on this incident.
Oceanside: At a strip mall on 3764 Mission Avenue, around 12:00 p.m. According to the Human Rights Council of Oceanside, two people reported that ICE agents attempted to detain them outside of a Planet Fitness. Video footage shows what appears to be federal immigration agents driving around a parking lot, and one agent climbing into their vehicle.
Sylmar: On Wimberly Avenue and Envoy Street, around 9:11 a.m. An ICE vehicle was seen driving around a neighborhood near an elementary school.
Los Angeles: At the Los Angeles Metropolitan Detention Center on 130 N Los Angeles Street, around 11:20 a.m. Community watch teams confirmed that ERO took a man into ICE custody following their release from LAPD custody.
Bell: On 4148 Florence Avenue, around 8:48 a.m. A confirmed ICE vehicle was seen in the neighborhood, according to rapid responders. The vehicle was seen in other neighborhoods afterward. Izzy Ramirez spoke with a rapid responder who was legally observing two ICE vehicles in the city, and posted footage of the California Highway Patrol (CHP) stopping her. She says that the CHP officers received a call from agents with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) making a complaint about being followed. She was not arrested, as it is legal to observe and document federal agents.
Los Angeles: At the Twin Towers jail on 450 S. Bauchet Street, around 6:08 p.m. Several ICE agents in six vehicles were seen just outside the front entrance of the jail, appearing to wait for a release. Izzy Ramirez contacted the Sheriff’s, who told me that ICE and the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department do not collaborate with ICE and transferred me to a watch commander. The watch commander declined to provide a name or comment and transferred me to the front desk of a nearby jail. I was on the ground for about an hour. The ICE agents all drove off at approximately 6:32 p.m. after a young woman with a megaphone alerted the surrounding community and provided resources. At least three of the vehicles returned to the Metropolitan Detention Center, and at least two ICE vehicles were then seen at the Los Angeles Police Department’s Metropolitan Detention Center on 180 N. Los Angeles Street. The same scenario transpired; community watchers arrived on scene and the agents soon left. An ICE vehicle was still seen around the Twin Towers area as of 9:01 p.m., but no one was reported taken.
Santa Paula: According to the 805 Respuesta Rapida, ICE agents were reported to have taken at least five people from the small city this morning.
San Luis Obispo: At the San Luis Obispo County Jail on 1585 Kansas Avenue, around 10:54 a.m. A confirmed ICE vehicle was seen in the parking lot waiting for a release.
Ventura: At the detention facility at Government of Ventura County on 800 S Victoria Avenue, around 10:28 a.m. ICE agents were seen at the detention facility waiting for releases.
Pomona: At the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Application Support Center on 435 W. Mission Boulevard, around 10:30 a.m. According to community watch teams, ICE agents took a woman and a young man from the center. The agents were seen in the parking lot earlier that morning.
Riverside: On Prescott Way and Canyon West Drive. Community watch teams confirmed one ICE kidnapping, and posted the vehicle of the individual to locate and assist the family. Confirmed ICE vehicles were seen in the area as early as 8:50 a.m.
Ontario: On E Locust Street and S Grove Avenue, around 7:24 a.m. Community watch teams confirmed that ICE agents kidnapped an individual from a van. The vehicle was left behind. Video footage shows several ICE vehicles had stopped the vehicle in the road.
Hesperia: On Willow Street and Hesperia Road, around 7:00 a.m. Community watch teams confirmed that ICE agents took an individual, leaving behind his work truck.
A note from the writer: It’s important to remember that these sightings are only what we know of, and there are always going to be sightings that we miss or don’t get documented. There are also many people being taken behind the scenes, including at ICE check-in’s, at ISAP check-in’s, at jails, and at certain immigration appointments.
Izzy Ramirez reached out to the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) for comment regarding the incidents that transpired today. We will update today’s article if a comment is received.
