Earlier this morning at the intersection of N. Beaudry Avenue and W. Sunset Boulevard, masked ICE agents in at least three vehicles surrounded and kidnapped the owner of Emin’s Kebab, according to an anonymous food vendor who saw the end of the altercation.

“I saw it when they were just putting him in their car,” he says.

It happened around 10:05 a.m. before the man could fully set up his stand, according to [video](https://www.instagram.com/p/DfAa755OxQG/?hl=en&ref=izzymirez.ghost.io) footage posted by Union Del Barrio. Izzy Ramirez spoke with a manager at the nearby Jack in the Box, which is in direct view of the vendor. The manager says she had no idea about the detainment, she expressed sorrow and says she had just spoken with staff about the recent spike in ICE sightings.

As of 3:00 p.m. the food truck remains parked. Wrapped around the rear-view mirror is a bracelet that reads, “#1 dad,” but with a heart.

At this time we do not know the man’s identity, but other vendors confirmed that the man works with a younger gentleman. This is a developing story.
